What is the delivery time for orders?

 Our delivery time is usually 2–3 weeks, as each item is handmade with care.

Is there an option for urgent delivery?

Yes, urgent delivery is available with an additional charge. To place an urgent order, please message us on WhatsApp with the note “urgent order,” and we’ll guide you according to your city and timeline.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we ship internationally! Delivery charges depend on your country, and we’ll confirm the exact amount via WhatsApp before you place your order.

From where are parcels dispatched, and is delivery available all over Pakistan?

All orders are dispatched from Lahore, and we deliver nationwide except for some remote village areas where self-collection may be required.

🎨 Customization & Design

Can I request product customization or a new theme?

Absolutely! You can request custom themes or designs. There are no extra charges for basic customization, but custom sizes or special one-piece orders may cost extra as they are made specially for you.

Are there additional charges for customized orders?

No extra charges for normal design customization. However, size customization or special requests will have an additional cost, as each item is made individually.

How do you ensure photo or design privacy for custom orders? Your photos are completely safe with us.

We use our own printer, and once your order is completed, your photos are deleted. We only share videos or pictures with your permission otherwise, they are never posted. Your privacy is our priority. ❌📸

After placing order can I see the final look before dispatch ?

Yes when your order has been made it will be shown to your whatsapp number you provide in contact details or via email , small changes can be made incase customer want , trust on the process requires as we have best artian team to make sure the design is excellent .

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

What is your return and refund policy?

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product arrives damaged. Not refund but exchange of product . Please share clear pictures or videos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Do you provide any guarantee or warranty of products, and do I receive them safely?

We guarantee safe packaging using bubble wrap and cartons. In the rare case of damage during delivery, we will replace the broken part after you send us the damaged piece for verification.

Do you offer any discounts upon 2 or more products?

Yes! You can get a cashback discount when you buy two or more items. After placing your order, send us screenshots on WhatsApp, and you’ll receive Rs. 200–500 cashback, depending on the products.

Do you provide wholesale or reseller options?

Yes, we offer wholesale and reseller deals through WhatsApp. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) to start is 10 pieces. Resellers contact us for offers!
